Mascara on a budget

 

With the newest South African Elle you get a Lóreal Mascara in brown which is actually great for day :D its the collagen boost one for Volume.

I wore mine to the office today with a bare face , it just makes you look more awake and your eyes open :D

 

So, for  Mascara on a budget, spend R30 on a Elle Magazine :p

The Essentials

Every Girl tries to achieve that flawless make-up face, for this you need to PREP your skin with the Right Products.


Every skin is unique and has different needs. I seriously believe in trying out samples for a minimum of 5 days to see if your skin reacts well to it.
There is no need to be shy , get a consultation, see what they recommend and ask for trials, you are a potential client! 
Try to also make notes of what u liked and disliked. maybe they had the right cleanser for you but not the right creams.


Many people also believe you must stick to one brand. THIS IS A MYTH!


I have a Combination to dry skin , the products that I am currently in love with are :
~ Ren Milk Cleanser  ( i use this first to remove the make up softly)
~ Guinot wash-off Cleanser Cream ( I use this after the milk as i don't like the residue of a milk cleanser on my skin)
~ Dermalogica Soothing Toner ( i use this as a Spritz)
~ Estee Lauder Advanced Night repair ( you can use this day and night)
~ Benefit Eyecon
~ Estee Lauder Nutritionist moisturizer ( this is for Asian skins which need a glow, I am not Asian but love it) 
~ SUBLOCK : my suggestion is, if your moisturizer does not have a SPF, buy one that is at least SPF 40,      your face will still get tanned, but you wont have leather skin when you are older. I am using Clarins spf 
   40 at the moment. 
~ Dermalogica Daily Resurfacer ( daily product)  or use a grainy product Exfoliate twice a week, I haven't 
   found a exfoliator I will commit to as yet


Does this sound like a lot? sure.... will your Face thank you in a few years and your make up look           non-cake-y YES!
